We offer charge accounts with approved credit. The master account can host several sub-accounts to individually track jobs. You will receive a separate statement for each sub-account. Our billing cycle is by the calendar month. You will receive statements a few days after the end of each month. Payments are due on the 10th of the month following the month of purchase.
We can setup an email to receive notification when special orders have arrived or when door orders have been completed and ready for delivery. We can setup a different email to receive a PDF copy of each invoice when it is billed.
We can tailor assistance based on your needs. We can assist in measuring, rough openings, questions, ideas, etc.
We can provide cost estimates based on your list or we can also provide takeoff services. We can assist in specifications based on budget, performance or requirements.
We offer our customers 24/7 access to our showroom and conference room. You can meet at BCM with your customer after hours or weekends to utilize the showroom or conference room. You can also utilize our staff to meet with your customers during business hours.
To be considered a certified installer, your business must complete the certification program through a specific vendor, maintain an active account in good standing and provide proof of liability and workers compensation insurance. You must also adhere to a code of conduct, including returning all calls and responding to emails within 24 hours, refraining from smoking on job sites, and behaving professionally when on site.
Failure to maintain program requirements or excessive negative feedback from customers may result in removal from the directory. Boone County Millwork reserves the right to alter or terminate a listing without notice.
